Join Cara for this 2 Day Usui Reiki Level I Workshop. This workshop will take place at Abracadabra in Sperryville, VA.

This class offers:

• History and principles of Reiki

• Basics of energy healing and the concept of Qi

• How to administer Reiki for self-healing and treating others

• Techniques to channel and balance Reiki energy

• Attunement to Reiki Level 1

• Using Reiki for holistic well-being

• Introduction to the chakra system and how it relates to Reiki

• Preparing your Reiki healing space

*This includes an hour lunch & 2 10 minute breaks each day.
