As an herbalist, I appreciate the rhythm of the natural world and its ability to bring our mind, body, and spirit into a balanced state. Plant extracts are alive, intact with genetic intelligence reflective of a centuries-old relationship with the Earth’s inhabitants. We are blessed to live in a world where the answer is all around us. Plants offer nutritive support where nothing else can. My goal as an herbalist is to assist my clients in finding their own natural healing rhythm through a spiritual connection to the plant world. Healing is not linear and doesn’t look the same for everyone. That’s why my focus is on creating formulations for the individual. This is a highly personalized, supportive healing approach rooted in plant intelligence and the spirit world.
